IPOD Nano Drawing
To enter drawing and a chance to win a Apple® iPod® Nano, school must reserve DJ services online using the "Book Online" feature. School may start by clicking appropriate grade level here: http://www.highimpactdjs.com/quote/index.asp. Using a credit card online is not necessary to secure service, but a signed contract is required.

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
Void where prohibited by law.

1.) Who Can Enter:
Any accredited school within a 40 mile radius of the zip code 60525 (most of the general Chicagoland area).

2.) How to Enter:
Generate a contract for event(s) online, sign and deliver to High Impact DJs. A regular 50% reservation fee, per the contract, is required to secure services. Only reserved events will be entered in to drawing.

3.) Sweepstakes Dates:
Contracts must be generated between 01/01/08 and 04/30/08.

4.) Prize:
Apple IPOD Nano or comparable.

5.) Prize Drawings:
Winners will be selected at random by High Impact DJs based on entries obtained from reserved events between January 1, 2008 and April 30, 2008. The prize drawing will take place May 5, 2008.

6.) Odds of Winning:
Dependent on number of entries.

7.) Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified via e-mail within 24 hours of the prize drawing . Winners will be required to respond to the email to acknowledge the prize. If no response is obtained within 15 calendar days of notification, attempts will be made to reach the winner by phone or mail. If no response is obtained from the winner by day 30 after the drawing, the prize will be awarded to a replacement winner drawn at random. High Impact DJs decisions about winners are final.

These Official Contest Rules are subject to change each month that the sweepstakes is conducted. Participants should review the Official Contest Rules each month.

10.) Winner Responsibilities:
Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred. Winners must submit an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with the Official Contest Rules.

11.) Winner Publicity:
High Impact DJs may wish to publish the school name and location (city/state) of winners, and any quotation that the winner is willing to provide on High Impact DJs. However, High Impact DJs stands by its commitments of confidentiality related to members identity and will request written permission from each member prior to publicizing any names on the website.
