High Impact DJs features nationally recognized DJ Chris Wagner (DJ Wags). Chris started High Impact DJs in August of 1997 and continues to strive for excellence in the mobile DJ industry through professional and quality DJ entertainment.

Chris performs between 50 and 70 shows annually including elegant wedding receptions, energetic school dances, corporate functions, private parties, and special events. In addition to mobile DJ work, Chris works as a professional master of ceremonies and does voice over work.

Chris began work as a disc jockey in high school working for his high school radio station, WLTL (88.1 FM) in LaGrange. He was the sports director for the station and worked play-by-play in addition to heading up the mobile DJ service. It was here Chris found his calling to entertain people and program music.

Early in college, Chris was hired as the Assistant Personnel Manager for the Musicland Group in Oak Brook. His extensive music knowledge and management skills landed him the position. The position also helped build information about different music styles further learning about different genres.

Chris graduated Columbia College in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in radio. Some of Chicago's finest radio announcers, broadcasters, and management teach at the institution. Course focus included voice over, public speaking, and broadcasting which is evident in mic presence at events.
